We've had good experiences with them since the ownership changed recently. The tech was exactly on time and got us up and going. He was good at diagnosing all the stuff going on with my system and didn't leave til I was happy. If you've had problems with bauer in the past, I suggest giving them another go. The new guys seem to be fair and reliable.
Dave came out and saved me from going with an unnecessary full system replacement of $7,200 that a large company in Boise said was required. Dave replaced one small part that was all that was needed and my AC fired right up! He was honest, where I had clearly been lied to by the previous company. He did the repair quickly and was friendly. I can not recommend Bauer enough, 1000% honesty. Thanks Dave and Vinny!
